Features
1. The material input and output are required with the lens hood and the adjustable baffle.
2. The whole machine surface is sprayed plastic in high temperature. It’s corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
3. Adopt the halogen lamp. 3KW each set, there are totally 2-4 sets distributed uniformly in the oven.
4. Be equipped with the transformer, reflector, lamp and trigger. The UV reflector is added. With the reflecting plate on the bottom, it improves the UV light usage rate greatly. Each unit of UV light can be controlled separately and be adjusted upper or lower.
5. The light range can be adjusted wilfully with 3 adjusting switches.
6. With the automatic timer, it can monitor the working time of the lamp and be convenient to replace. Each light unit is equipped with the thermal insulation cold light mirror independently, thus to prevent the heat radiation of infrared ray effectively. So the products would not be affected by the excess temperature.
7. With the aluminum alloy rail which is equipped with the stainless steel chain, its width can be adjustable. The max is 450. The conveyor speed can also be adjusted. According to the different work-piece, it will adjust the best transit time to get the best output performance.
8. It’s equipped with the strong wind centrifugal exhauster in which there is a small draught fan installed. A filter is set in the front and rear air supply system. Furthermore, the doubles shutters air inlets are installed on booth upper sides of the oven corner. All the measures reduce the temperature of the products and the UV furnace and extend the service life of the lamp.
9. Power: 380V, 3 phase and 5 line.
Features
1. A part frame of the body machine is made of hydraulic finish machining steel plate.
2. Use the foot cup with rubber gasket for the fixing auxiliary equipment of the bottom stand to support the machine.
3. The closure plate of the stands made of hydraulic finish machining cold plate which is single clipper wood with white corrugated baking finish.
4. Use the infrared heating tube as heating tube. The total power is 9KW. They are installed uniformly. The equipment is divided into 3 warming areas. The temperature range is 150° C indoor temperature.
5. The automatic conveyor system is moved from le to right. The special aluminum rail is used as conveyor rail which is installed synchronously on both sides. With 1 unit adjusting hand wheel and 2 units of galvanized fixing seats, the guide rail regulator adjusts the rail at 4 points synchronously to be the effectively width 50-450mm.
6. Take the roller conveyor chain with 5mm longer pin as conveyor chain which is installed embedded in the aluminum guide rail. The galvanized synchronous driving wheel is equipped. There is a set of photoelectric switch at the exit end. When the board goes to the machine end, the transportation would stop. With electric adjustable speed motor for driving motor, the rotating speed can be adjustable to be fast or slow. It is easy to operate
